Too cute to SPOOK!

Too cute to SPOOK!

Halloween is around the corner… Yeahh mommy can go overboard again making some treats and gifts for the kids and teachers at the daycare of my little girl Zoë.

YES, you have guessed it wright, I’m that kind of person who grabs every opportunity to make something for each occasion (it doesn’t matter how small it is). Lucky me, I have my sweet little Zoë, who provides me plenty of occasions and opportunities.

Sooo… what it’s going to be this time??? Think.. think.. think..

I love to buy things I see, which I think could be useful for crafting. And so, I recently bought a paper crimper device. Unfortunately, I didn’t have the opportunity to use it…yet. Until the spooky month came around. Not sure yet what I am going to make yet, but it has to be something that has to be wrapped in paper.  And of course, the treats must be kind of healthy. I consulted with Zoë about which type of treats I need to make, but I don’t think it’s a good idea to give the kids 8 kilos of chocolate each. Let’s ask again later, not a half hour before dinner time: she might feel a little hungry now. Eventually, after dinner and after some negotiation we have settled for raisins: the perfect balance between something healthy and sweet. For the teachers it settled, M&M chocolates it is.

Chips bags

I loved the chips bags, but are chips a healthy options? I took 3 to the daycare, let the teachers decide if it is ;)

Fruit smoothies

For the fruit smoothies, I was not overly excited. The sticker paper I used was not working for me. So, I scrapped the idea of fruit smoothies. But my mom convinced me to go with it, 'cause those kids are not going to see the flaws.
